Horse Digestive Aid

Aloe Vera is an effective digestive aid for horse digestion as well as being a natural supplement it has great benefits to anyone who owns horses especially if they are racehorses. There are many problems that horses encounter but one of the biggest is Intestinal Ulcers. These are present in about 90% of racehorses and are mainly due to the regular daily training and general horse management.

Ulcers can be very uncomfortable for horses and the problems that many owners or managers face is that they will reach for products that provide the quickest relief as this is often the human trait! but short term drugs or relief can hinder the horses digestion in the long term. Natural products are the best remedy for prevention and treatment for ulcers in horses.

Aloe Vera which has been used as a digestive aid for humans for many centuries is a good alternative option for horses that are having issues with there stomach or digestion. As Aloe Vera contains over 75 vitamins and minerals which in turn benefit the skin, stomach and colon and has the triple effect as a pain reliever, soothing agent and a stimulant to the immune system.

Aloe Vera is known as the miracle plant and helps builds and nourishes cells which is very important  to help heal ulcers. So if your horse is suffering, then help is at hand. Aloe Vera we provide can be applied orally in its daily food and drink routine. This will aid the horse digestion system and in turn offer the horse vital nutrition supplement.

Horse Remedies - Horse owners needed

I have issued a challenge to see if i can work with people who own horses. I need owners to try on there horses an Aloe Vera Gel. Although Human can consume this product it also can benefit animals and I wish to start with Horses.

Initially work on a trial basis and if not totally satisfied then I will issue a refund within the following 60 days of purchase.

The Aloe Vera plant has been used for centuries and is often referred to as the First Aid Plant. Now for the horses what this means is a dietary supplement which enhances stamina and performance with the added attraction of reducing stress and post event fatigue if the horse competes.

My daughter goes to a riding school in Chester which prompted me to try this on horses. This offer is risk free, if it works great, if not money back once the products are returned.

Look forward to hearing from you.

What to do before starting a Diet

Before you start any programme on weight loss there are four things you need to consider before embarking on a lifestyle change. Obviously depending on your personal circumstance a Doctor should be considered for the normal checks on your health as some programmes may not be suitable, but the next four are things you can do to get the ball rolling.

Set a Goal - Important to record your current weight and measurements and take a picture. Once done set a realistic target weight you would like to achieve and work towards that goal.

Weight Loss Plan - Need to look at your food and drink consumption. Look at consuming more Vegetables, lean fish and poultry, less red meat. Also include more fruit and veg into your diet with less carbs. Also a minimum usage of processed and take away foods. Drinks looking at swapping fizzy drinks for smoothies or water. Sensible planning of all above can help.

Education - Research is the key, understand food and its components and what nutrients and calories you need each day. Understanding how to lose weight effectively with balanced eating and exercise. The best way is to embark on a detailed programme or buy books that explain what your body needs.

Bad Habits - Keep a diary of what you eat, identify weaknesses which can then be turned into creating a good habit. The common one is snacking in between meals, what can you snack on, what can you do to overturn this habit and move on.

As with any diet its about the mind set and a willingness and desire to change things. Its a gradual process, it took years to pile on weight, it can take a while to lose. One tip is never give up on your goal, anything is possible.

Good luck

New Year New You

To many, the New Year will be marked by a doomed attempt to quit smoking; a brief flurry of gym activity, and a desperate prayer that the recession bites elsewhere. For me I don't smoke, never been in a gym and Have been made redundant as the recession kicked in.

The other popular one is to lose weight and shape up for either a special occasion or holiday or maybe just to feel good about yourself.

Having spoken to people who opt for this in the new year I get the sense that many were not really up for it but felt under pressure by groups of friends, media etc.. then when they have picked a time to do it they will go away for a few days and gouge themselves on the foods they shouldn't have as its the last farewell. That shouldn't be the way!

One good way I found out after the new year was to prepare the body for the lack of 'bad' foods was to cleanse the body of its current chemicals and badness and after that you can then go onto a programme designed to help you in the early mid and late stages.

I currently am on a detox programme for 9 days with a combination of Aloe Vera gel, Garcina and bee pollen. I am now towards the end of it and I feel great It has literally cleansed my insides out and have a lot more energy. The programme is a 2 step process, cleanse the body then start on the programme and that it gives your body the best chance to lose weight effectively.

I am looking for people to start on this and I will guarantee if it doesn't work then you get a full refund of monies up to 60 days. Guaranteed.

Why not try this for a new you in the new year.

Any further information needed please contact me.

Good Luck

9 Day challenge - Are you up for the challenge

Hi everyone

Following the excesses of the Christmas and New Year period I have decided to shape up and get my act together. My previous blog documented the story of the burst buckle as I went to sit in the car and decided enough was enough.

I have been trying Aloe Vera Gel to help the transitional period and get my head around the idea of losing a few pounds, getting some shape back and continuing with the exercise (currently power walking and playing 5  a side football).

So my mantra for the year is:-

Lose Weight
Tone UP
Gain Extra energy instead of Pounds of weight.

At 6' 3" and 15 stone I figured I need to lose a stone and get back to my fighting weight so to speak. So I am issuing a challenge to anyone who wants to join me. I am looking at 25 people to go on a programme called Clean 9. I am looking to start in February 2012. The programme quite simply is a 9 day process which cleanses the body of unnatural chemicals to help kick start a cleaner healthier lifestyle, with a combination of Aloe Vera, Bee Pollen and Garcinia. The combination helps with nutrition, lowering cholesterol and fatty acids and give a boost to your energy and digestive system. Then you progress to a long term programme once your body is free of the impurities.

So my challenge is if any one is interested please contact me any time, or you can order the items down below. I also include some testimonials and a PDF document to peruse over, but you can contact me if you need any further assistance.

Good Luck to anyone who is thinking of making this change..it took me a while but now I am very excited.

Aloe Vera Gel - Has me buzzing

Aloe Vera Gel

Over the festive period I got two pairs of Jeans for Christmas and were ok fitting when tried on. However, after the festive period and New year I noticed the jeans were a little bit more than a snug fit and things came to a head at a petrol station in Northampton. I had just filled the car on our return back to Wales when I got back into the car and as I sat down the buckle on the belt had buckled and completely snap. After much amusement from the wife and the daughters in the car something had to be done!

I wasn't looking for weight loss as most of the weight i gained would be run off via playing football and walking but I felt my whole digestive system was in need of a fix. I was starting to feel bloated and was lacking energy levels as a result.

I came across a Aloe Vera Gel drink that seemed to have done the trick. The gel helps maintain a healthy digestive system and maintains energy levels throughout the day. The idea of the drink is to maintain a daily nutritional drink for good health, well being and balance the immune system. Aloe Vera has been used for many centuries and does hold powerful properties in its plants.

I tried this last week on Monday and seven days on my digestive system feels cleansed (kindest way of putting it), my bloatiness has disappeared, my waist has reduced and lost 3 pounds whilst eating a relative OK diet. My energy levels have improved and feel less tired. However, the buckle didn't survive and has gone onto pastures new.

What do you get for your money. At £20.22 it sounds a lot but considering a can of energy drinks are £3 a can then for 2 healthy drinks a day for over 3 weeks represents good value. You only take a small sample to start with say 10ml and mix with juice or can drink neat.
