Tomatoes are rich in Lycopene (makes the red colour). This antioxidant not only keeps the skin healthy, it also acts as a skin protector and can help skin repair quicker. It's also essential for keeping your eyes looking healthy and bright. The redder the tomatoe the better and also Tomatoe paste has higher Lycopene so best using that more in cooking!
